1. Master Agreement

By accessing or using the AgentPro Strategic Console, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. AgentPro LLC provides an AI-Search Authority platform designed for elite brand expansion and SEO strategy orchestration.

2. Service Usage & Authority

You represent that you have the authority to manage the SEO assets and domain credentials you connect to our platform. Misuse of the platform for illegal activities, spam, or disruptive search manipulation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

3. Subscription & Termination

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. **No credit card is required to start**, and you may **cancel your subscription anytime** through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, access to AI-generated strategic insights will cease at the end of the billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

While AgentPro LLC owns the underlying AI architecture and software, any content generated specifically for your brand (e.g., Press Releases, Captions) is owned by you once published, provided all subscription fees are current.

5. Limitation of Liability

SEO and AI Search landscapes are dynamic. While our strategies are built on proprietary high-authority signals, AgentPro LLC does not guarantee specific ranking positions as search engine algorithms are proprietary and subject to change without notice.
